Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide expert therapeutic interventions to individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, particularly during crises.

• Collaborate closely with a network of first responders and healthcare professionals to provide immediate onsite crisis support, when necessary, including assisting with transporting clients to appropriate levels of care.

• Lead and guide a dispatched mobile team, ensuring clinical excellence and effective communication within the group.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop an insightful clinical picture of clients’ needs, and formulate tailored treatment recommendations.
\n
• Make appropriate referrals for additional placement, case management, and follow-up care, contributing to the comprehensive treatment plan for each client.
\n
• Stay informed and aware of community resources to enhance referral options and coordinate care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, focusing on individuals and families grappling with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will empower these clients to navigate challenges, guiding them toward healthier coping mechanisms and improved emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
\n
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience demonstrating strong therapeutic skills and clinical judgment.

• Knowledge of adolescent and adult mental health, alongside an understanding of various co-occurring disorders.
\n
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth practices and remote counseling technologies.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Northridge Therapeutic Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
