Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Participate in regular program meetings and training sessions to maintain alignment with organizational policies and clinical standards.

• Complete various reports and assessments as requested by the Clinical Director, ensuring they adhere to regulatory and best practice standards.

• Facilitate communication between families, schools, and interdisciplinary medical teams, promoting comprehensive care for clients.

• Conduct thorough and timely data entry into the AWARDS electronic health record system to maintain accurate client records.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing both in-person and telephonic consultation to clients facing immediate emotional distress.

• Oversee the clinical training and onboarding of interns, ensuring a positive and educational experience that aligns with agency goals.
\n
• Coordinate recruitment and training events for new interns and trainees, fostering a supportive learning environment.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and county policies affecting clinical practices and procedures.
\n
• Engage in quality assurance processes to ensure client documentation meets agency and funding requirement standards.
\n
• Participate in the evaluation and support of intern performance, offering constructive feedback and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves children and adolescents enrolled in participating schools, along with their families. Clients often present with a variety of emotional and social issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and other mental health concerns. Humane Pathways Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, reflective of your experience and expertise in the field.
