Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage in Child and Family team meetings to contribute to treatment planning and multidisciplinary discussions, enhancing holistic care approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments followed by the development of personalized treatment plans, ensuring timely and thorough documentation in accordance with agency policies.

• Maintain strict adherence to client confidentiality protocols, safeguarding all client records and information in line with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral concerns.
