Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to pinpoint clients’ specific needs, concerns, and therapeutic objectives.

• Conduct therapeutic one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches to assist clients with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to address relationship issues, fostering improved communication and resolution of conflicts.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and needs of each client, establishing measurable objectives and evidence-supported interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients during critical mental health episodes, ensuring safety and effective coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about coping strategies and available resources within the community, augmenting their support systems.

• Maintain precise, confidential client documentation—including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments—that aligns with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
