Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring comprehensive assessments are conducted initially.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices grounded in scientific research.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to address specific client challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal guidelines and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatments and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing short-term difficulties like stress management, work-life balance, and workplace conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements within clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or those affected by substance abuse.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
