Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client’s unique issues and develop tailored treatment plans that guide their journey toward mental wellness.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting strategies to each client's individual needs.

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including psychiatric professionals and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's life.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential records of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
