All of US Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position enables you to provide high-quality mental health care from your own setting, offering both flexibility and the opportunity to positively impact the lives of clients in our community. Our salary range for this role is USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, with additional performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining an appropriate caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.
\n
• Conducting regular sessions with clients to evaluate their mental health progress, discussing stability, upcoming appointments, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that center on the client’s unique needs and goals.
\n
• Keeping accurate and detailed documentation, including progress notes for each client, in line with best practices and legal requirements.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential background information and inform treatment decisions.
\n
• Participating in individual supervision sessions to continuously improve your counseling techniques and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes diverse populations with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
\n
• The ability to meet internal credentialing requirements at the clinic.
\n
• At least one year of direct experience in working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain client records effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management tactics.
