Senior Accountant, Finance Operations – Technology Travel: Occasional Travel to Dallas, TX About the Role A rapidly growing international technology company is seeking a Senior Accountant to support its U.S. finance operations. This hands-on role covers subscription billing, accounts payable, month-end close, systems reconciliation, and process improvement. You will partner closely with the U.S. sales team and global finance colleagues to ensure accurate billing and reliable financial information across CRM, billing, and accounting systems. Key Responsibilities Prepare customer invoices and maintain recurring billing schedules Review contracts and sales orders for accurate pricing and billing terms Resolve billing questions in partnership with customers and the sales team Support month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable records Reconcile information across CRM, billing, and accounting systems Improve finance processes, controls, and operating procedures Assist with reporting, audits, and other accounting activities Candidate Profile Accounting, billing, or finance operations experience SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue billing experience Background in a start-up, scale-up, or high-growth environment Experience supporting U.S. business operations Knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries Strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and communication skills Comfortable working across multiple finance and business systems Able to travel occasionally to Dallas and potentially Boston Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA, CMA, progress toward a professional credential, or equivalent experience Experience partnering with sales and global finance teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
