Human Resources Manager
$100k - $115kLHH
I’m partnering with a well-established organization on a search for an experienced Corporate HR Manager . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic HR partnership with hands-on program ownership .
Key areas of responsibility:
- Lead and evolve performance management strategy and processes
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to corporate leadership
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and sensitive personnel matters
- Lead company-wide employee engagement and onboarding initiatives
- Drive learning & development and leadership development programs
- Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Use HR data and trends to provide recommendations to leadership
- Lead and develop HR team support
What we’re looking for:
- 6–8+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience
- Experience designing or redesigning performance management programs
- Experience owning major HR programs such as engagement, onboarding, or L&D
- Comfortable presenting HR data and recommendations to senior leadership
- Multi-state or multi-site HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
Work Schedule : Onsite
Compensation : $100-115k base
Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401k, 15 days PTO
