Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Must hold an active Washington State license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Proven ability to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping systems is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
