Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and progress of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions (both group and individual) utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Evaluate client progress regularly and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
