Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments and collaborating with clients to develop tailored treatment plans with specific goals.

• Providing prevention-oriented therapy, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

• Regularly reviewing treatment plans to ensure they meet clients' evolving needs and adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Collaborating with external treatment providers, placement agencies, and community resources to create comprehensive care pathways for clients.
\n
• Ensuring all client documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, are completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

• Maintaining an active caseload, engaging with clients through telehealth platforms, and providing ongoing support and feedback.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, organizational strategies, and to enhance the team culture through shared insights.

• Contributing to a positive environment by sharing ideas, providing constructive feedback, and supporting fellow team members.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or similar therapeutic settings.

• Strong understanding of community mental health resources and services available to clients.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering trust and therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
