As a remote-centric outpatient office, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals in a flexible setting. Our work schedule generally runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the varying needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness, tailored to individual backgrounds and experiences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that enhance patient engagement and promote mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

• Solid grounding in evidence-based treatment modalities as well as a deep understanding of mental health disorders and cultural factors in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000.
