Role Description

We are seeking a business development and client services manager to support the expansion into Atlanta. This is a strategic hire with a clear pathway to a leadership position in our organization. This is a foundational hire for our Georgia expansion, suited for someone who thrives in building from the ground up and is motivated by the opportunity to lead and disrupt.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development : identify, pitch, and close third-party management and leasing contracts.
• Serve as primary account manager : own client relationships, reporting, and satisfaction.
• Oversee property operations coordination : collaborate with PM teams/vendors to deliver KPIs.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting for assigned sites.
• Ensure compliance, tenant satisfaction, and occupancy targets.

Business Leadership

• Assume overall P&L responsibility for all operations within the assigned city or state territory
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
