VP, Sales - Global Growth: Wholesale & Licensing

Dagne Dover seeks a VP of Sales to build and lead our commercial strategy across domestic wholesale, licensing, and international channels.
You will own end-to-end P&L, balance DTC heritage with wholesale growth, and recruit and develop a high-performing sales team while forging senior relationships with buyers and partners.
This role reports to Founders and collaborates with Planning, Operations, Marketing and Finance, with uncapped commission and a starting salary range of 175k–200k annually.
