HR Generalist

Position HR Generalist Summary The HR Generalist assists employees and managers with general HR inquiries, including policies, benefits, attendance, and procedures at a leading Japanese food and beverage importing and distributing company. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting employee relations, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring HR compliance and daily administrative operations. Essential Duties Assist employees and managers with general HR questions regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and company procedures. Maintain employee records and HR documentation and help ensure files remain accurate and audit-ready. Support employee relations matters, disciplinary documentation, and communication with management. Assist with benefits administration, leave-related matters, and employee status changes. Support HR compliance, reporting, and other day-to-day HR administrative functions.
