Payroll Specialist – Winner Automotive GroupWinner Automotive Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across our dealership locations. If you know Paycom inside and out and can juggle multi-location processing without breaking a sweat, we want to talk to you.What You'll DoProcess payroll accurately and on time across multiple dealership locationsAdminister and maintain payroll functions within PaycomTrack, manage, and reconcile employee leave (PMFL, FMLA, STD, etc.)Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulationsPartner with HR and dealership management to resolve payroll discrepanciesMaintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as neededWhat You BringProven experience running payroll in Paycom (required)Experience processing payroll for multiple locations simultaneouslyStrong understanding of leave administration and trackingHigh attention to detail and a knack for catching errors before they happenAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionWhy Winner AutomotiveWe're a team that values Integrity, Satisfaction, Professionalism, People, and Winning!
