Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pathway Counseling Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical support to clients facing mental health challenges, both in office settings and community outreach.

• Conducting thorough assessments to determine client needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based interventions that are both brief and developmentally appropriate, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborating with health care providers and family members to ensure access to integrated services and proper resource allocation.

• Maintaining an efficient caseload, which may involve individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pathway Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
