Executive Assistant

Responsibilities Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, conferences, and interviews; prioritize competing demands. Book travel and create/process expense reports. Plan and execute internal/external department events and team meetings, including ordering catering. Maintain and update the team SharePoint site. Support contract intake and data entry in Icertis. Create and update PowerPoint presentations in partnership with attorneys and business partners. Provide support for confidential assignments and special projects. Escort candidates and visitors as needed. Order, stock, and distribute office supplies. Onboard new staff (hardware/technology, workspace, supplies, etc.). Provide backup support for other administrative coordinators. Qualifications 5 years of relevant administrative experience; legal/law firm support to senior leaders preferred. Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams and senior leaders. Advanced technology skills: PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro; hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize. Travel software and expense report experience; Concur preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
