Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to gain insights into individual mental health concerns, allowing for accurate clinical diagnoses and effective treatment plan formulation.

• Maintain detailed and secure client records following ethical standards and legal requirements, including treatment progress notes, assessment results, and individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care that encompasses various aspects of each client’s needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health insights, treatment pathways, and community resource availability, advocating for client needs and rights when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive sign-on bonus.
