Must-Have Skills: Experience with high-risk maternal patients, circulating in the Operating Room, and triage. Facility Designation: Level 4 designated maternal center for the State of Texas (highest level of care, caring for the most complex patients at any gestation). Clinical & Unit Overview Unit Details: 22 total beds (16 labor beds). Patient Ratios & Care: 1:1 and 1:2. Procedures include vaginal and C-section deliveries, tubal ligations, cerclage placement/removal, D&Cs, C-hysts, and PASD cases. EMR: CPN and Meditech . Scheduling & Facility Policies Call Requirements: No on-call required. Weekends: 4 weekend shifts per schedule. Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs.
