Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Center Mind, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to establish their mental health status and specific therapeutic needs.

• Designing customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques that incorporate clients’ preferences and cultural considerations.

• Equipping clients with coping strategies and tools to manage anxiety, depression, and stress while promoting long-term mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A deep understanding of a variety of mental health disorders, alongside evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
