This role allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining close collaboration with our hospice team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, exploring the client’s personal history, mental state, and relevant risk factors to develop a clear understanding of their needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that focus on promoting emotional stability, reducing distress, and improving quality of life.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to provide effective interventions tailored to individual clients.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to coordinate care, ensuring a cohesive approach to treatment.

Your primary focus will be on clients within hospice care—individuals facing severe health challenges and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active and valid LICSW licensure in Washington State is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While a background in hospice care is preferred, we welcome candidates with experience in various therapeutic settings who are eager to expand their expertise in end-of-life issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
