Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's history, needs, and goals. Utilize this information to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Deliver various forms of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to suit clients’ preferences and circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and responsible handling of client information.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care to clients. Actively participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to continue improving the quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health diagnosis, treatment options available, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Stay current with the latest developments in mental health research, integrating new knowledge into practices to provide clients with optimal support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification, often facing a variety of co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Your expertise will support these clients during a critical period, helping them develop coping strategies and improve their mental resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, emphasizing mental health practice.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical social work services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to cultural sensitivity, social justice initiatives, and adherence to ethical practices in social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
