Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, utilizing a variety of standardized assessment tools.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings, creatively applying evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and measurable interventions based on each client's needs and life context.

• Collaborate regularly with our interdisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic, coordinated approach to care for each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention when needed, performing risk assessments and creating comprehensive safety plans to support at-risk clients effectively.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Compensation and Benefits\n
