Give us a call opt 1 Job Details Shift: 12H Nights Total Weekly Hours: 36 Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: Qualifications and Experience Required Experience and Skills: Minimum 1-2 years of experience required, with preference for Level I and Level II Trauma experience Trauma/Resuscitation experience preferred Previous Charge Experience preferred Skills required include: Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Neuro-Trauma, Ortho trauma, Phlebotomy, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Triage, IV vasopressors Medication administration, including IV medication via the seven medication rights; document and communicate clinical findings Certifications: Must have TNCC prior to signing ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC required Charting System: Experience with Cerner preferred Licensure: NM license can pend at time of submission Additional Requirements: Experience in a STEMI and Stroke Certified Facility preferred Float required to meet facility needs, including to Peds ED and Adult PCUs Vaccination and Compliance: COVID Vaccine optional; UNMH required to report COVID vaccine numbers Flu Vaccine required, with Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Required: begin compliance within 1-2 weeks of signing, drug screen within 30 days of start Other Details: No RQI certifications accepted EKG testing pass/fail, 2 tries max; 6-month system DNR if failed 2x No locals within 100 miles radius 6-month break required after 1 year or 4 consecutive assignments Return staff require 12 months of separation Shifts and Scheduling 12-hour shifts available Contracts available for 36 or 48-hour shifts Travelers will be scheduled for weekends as needed Special Instructions Travelers without MOAB certification must pass in-person MOAB training during orientation week Additional unit and interdisciplinary support includes Respiratory, Interpretation, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, Transportation, Unit Secretary Benefits Insurance Plans starting under $175/month for employees Referral Bonus Additional contract bonus opportunities Vacation Incentives Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401k with access to financial advisors Junxion Med Staffing was founded by a former healthcare traveler who understands the challenges healthcare professionals face - because we’ve been there.
