Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and mobility challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and patients.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, tailored to address specific patient conditions.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Engage with patients and their caregivers, providing education on treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Tidelands Physical Therapy Center, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic issues, sports-related injuries, neurologic conditions, and pediatric patients. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current state licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical record systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
