Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Wellnest Counselling Center, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, providing personalized support based on clients' unique needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, incorporating clinically validated techniques that align with best practices in the field.

• Assess clients thoroughly, documenting their progress meticulously to ensure compliance and facilitate effective treatment modifications.

• Create a nurturing and safe therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable addressing sensitive issues and exploring their emotions.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow mental health professionals to discuss case management and refer clients to additional resources as necessary.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in marriage and family therapy to enhance your skills and the services offered.

• Participate in enriching team meetings and training sessions geared toward honing therapeutic skills and discussing best practices.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current Arizona LMFT licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Arizona).

• Minimum of two years of professional experience delivering marriage and family therapy to diverse populations.

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related area is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building strong therapeutic alliances.

• Familiarity with using electronic health record systems to manage client records efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
