Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Work collaboratively with educators and school personnel to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each student's individual needs.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screening and assessments to identify students experiencing mental health issues.

• Facilitate crisis interventions as necessary, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational, ethical, and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on students within the school setting, particularly those grappling with symptoms of major mental health disorders and severe emotional challenges. Our caseload may include students facing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma histories. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
