Senior Solution Architect

Role Description

We are a growing MarTech consultancy and certified Salesforce implementation partner serving clients across banking, healthcare, insurance, and retail. Our team helps enterprises modernize their CRM and marketing automation ecosystems — delivering measurable ROI through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Braze, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect who is equally comfortable whiteboarding end-to-end architectures and rolling up their sleeves to drive implementation. You'll be a trusted technical voice for our clients and a key connector between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures across MarTech and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Braze, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Lead technical discovery and solutioning sessions with clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable, compliant architectures.
• Communicate architectural concepts, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Guide cross-functional delivery teams through implementation, ensuring architectural integrity from design through deployment.
• Advise clients on data integration strategies, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and multi-channel personalization.
• Ensure solutions adhere to relevant compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA for healthcare, SOX for financial services).
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader — not just an advisor — contributing directly to architecture decisions and reviews throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience designing and delivering end-to-end solution architectures in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong ability to lead technical discussions with clients and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and confident decision-making.
• Demonstrated skill in communicating architectural concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, insurance, or retail.
• Familiarity with MarTech, CRM, or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce ecosystem and/or Braze experience a strong plus).
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, consultancy environment with multiple concurrent client engagements.

Requirements

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud).
• Experience with data integration, CDP platforms, or identity resolution architectures.
• Background at a management consultancy or systems integrator (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Genpact, or similar).
