Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via video conferencing, maintaining professionalism and adherence to industry standards.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate the development of coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills among clients, fostering independence and resilience.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficacy and relevance in counseling approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity adult clients who are seeking to address various mental health challenges. This population may include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, adjustment issues, and stress management. Your role will involve building rapport and developing trusting relationships with clients to encourage open dialogue and facilitate their journey towards enhanced mental health and life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current independent licensure in the state of Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with no disciplinary actions.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for counseling services, with a stable Wi-Fi connection to support video communications.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications include a license and Master’s degree, preference will be given to candidates with experience working in outpatient settings or providing telehealth services. Familiarity with treatment modalities specific to adult mental health care will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on the number of hours worked and experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is provided as an incentive for new hires.
