Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health and determine appropriate interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments that address their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of varying ages, employing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's situation.

• Provide couples therapy aimed at improving relationship dynamics through effective communication strategies and conflict resolution techniques.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment notes and progress reports, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to offer holistic care that supports the overall well-being of clients.

• Stay informed of current best practices and research in mental health therapy, incorporating new techniques into practice as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes teenagers facing developmental challenges, adults dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as couples navigating relationship issues. Your role is vital in providing a safe space where clients can express their concerns freely and work collaboratively towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
\n
• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and/or couples is preferred.

• Experience in telehealth practices is a plus, though training and support will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n
