Our ideal candidate will be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) ready to provide high-quality clinical care to our diverse clientele from the comfort of their home. This role is performed entirely remotely, allowing you to work from any location that suits you. The full-time schedule follows a standard working week, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured environment that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing our secure telehealth system.

• Assess client needs and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans, frequently adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support as necessary, ensuring clients feel safe and supported during critical moments in their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Collaborate with a diverse and supportive team of professionals, participating in regular meetings and case discussions to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will serve a varied client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Licensed in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT (candidates in the process of obtaining their license will also be considered).

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Strong ability to connect with clients in a virtual environment, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and cultural sensitivity.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
