Work Environment\n

This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your home while being part of a dynamic outpatient office setup. You will be expected to maintain regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to provide cohesive, long-term care to clients. • Conduct thorough client assessments using structured methodologies to inform individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Design and implement effective therapeutic strategies, utilizing evidence-based practices, to help clients achieve their personal mental health goals.

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy sessions that facilitate meaningful change and foster resilience in clients.

• Respond promptly and effectively to mental health crises, applying your expertise to ensure safety and stabilization.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to stay informed on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve understanding each client’s unique background and experiences in order to provide personalized care that supports their recovery processes.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A compassionate approach to mental health care, with the ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management abilities to manage a caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required, we welcome candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic approaches or those who demonstrate a commitment to working in outpatient mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. This includes full healthcare coverage, dental and vision plans, employer-supported retirement options, and generous paid time off including holidays.
