Work Environment\n

This role will be primarily remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients throughout California. Our work environment encourages flexibility, ensuring our counselors have the tools and resources necessary to thrive. The position operates from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life schedule while dedicating yourself to your clients’ welfare.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, including mental health evaluations and personal histories, to create personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement effective therapeutic strategies aimed at achieving individual client goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant frameworks.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions across our telehealth platform, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges.

• Respond promptly to mental health crises with expertise, providing immediate intervention and support as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing a compassionate and individualized approach, you will support each client on their path to recovery, fostering a safe space for healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid license as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.

• A deep-seated empathy and a client-focused approach toward mental health care.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with telehealth delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
