Senior Account Manager

HSO

Leadership role focused on driving multi‑solution expansion across a defined portfolio, owning the full account growth strategy, and executing plans that deliver measurable revenue growth. Responsibilities Own and execute the account growth strategy across multiple solution areas. Identify expansion opportunities and build actionable account plans to increase revenue across line‑of‑business segments. Build and maintain executive‑level relationships to align strategic priorities and unlock larger, more complex opportunities. Engage and influence director‑ and VP‑level stakeholders to secure alignment on strategic initiatives. Lead cross‑functional teams (Pre‑Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Alliances) to orchestrate and close complex deals. Establish and maintain executive sponsor cadence, including QBRs and strategic account reviews. Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and a consistent weekly review cadence. Leverage Microsoft co‑sell motion as a primary growth lever to expand account reach and influence. Track and improve overall customer health metrics, including CSAT and NPS, across assigned accounts. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in cross‑selling and upselling Microsoft Business Applications and/or Cloud or related services. Proven experience in expansion selling within enterprise or technology consulting environments. Strong consultative selling capabilities with the ability to uncover and align to customer business needs. Experience engaging and influencing director‑ and VP‑level stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and orchestrate complex deals. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
