Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families to understand their specific needs and establish therapeutic rapport.

• Provide individual and family therapy, implementing tailored interventions based on thorough evaluations and treatment plans.

• Manage documentation, billing, and treatment plans, ensuring all required paperwork—such as insurance authorization forms—are completed within specified timelines.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to ensure continuity of care and stabilization of patients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during case consultations to optimize patient outcomes and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training and continuing education opportunities to maintain licensure and advance your skills.

• Prepare and implement discharge plans, ensuring clients have all necessary resources and support upon completion of therapy.

• Adhere to and comply with all federal and state laws, as well as the policies and procedures established by Kinetic Mental and Wellness Center.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required, leading to licensure.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) in California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
