Our team resides in New York and New Jersey and works on a wide variety of matters involving trucking, general liability, construction, product liability and more. We are seeking paralegals with 2+ years of Litigation experience for our Hackensack, New Jersey office. Haworth Barber & Gerstman is looking for energetic and creative team members. Self-motivated organizational and time management skills. A willingness to be responsive to attorneys when they call or email. A willingness to master your deadlines. A willingness to better our industry and your work environment. The ability to review and maintain files through trial. The ability to draft, obtain and follow-up on discovery including all medical records. The ability to draft, review and assemble motions. Must be technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems and effectively utilize available technology.
