Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient and family psychosocial needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans to address identified challenges.

• Prioritize and organize daily tasks by evaluating the requirements of new, current, and transitioning patients, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Coordinate and manage specialized assessment and intervention services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team when appropriate.

• Incorporate brief solution-focused therapy approaches as well as harm reduction strategies into your practice to maximize client resilience and recovery.

• Adhere to all relevant clinical standards and safety protocols, ensuring a high level of care for both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals and families facing a myriad of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and adjustment to life changes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
