The Position: The Aquatics Manager oversees the daily operation of our swim program, ensuring a safe, consistent, and exceptional experience for swimmers, families, and team members. Your Responsibilities: Hire, train, develop, and manage swim instructors. Create and manage employee and lesson schedules to support operational excellence Oversee customer service onsite, by phone, and email while resolving escalated customer concerns. Assist with swim instruction and deck supervision as needed Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent One or more years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience One or more years of customer service experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and positivity Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable, but not required. Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification Compensation : $21 - $23 per hour (Up to 20hr /Wk.) While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool.
