Sales Account Manager (f/m/d)

OBI Polska

Responsibilities: Acquiring new business partners (B2B) and expanding the partner network. Managing and taking full responsibility for the sales region ( covering half of Poland – Northern Poland ) and its performance. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners. Meeting sales targets and maximizing revenue. Developing and implementing sales strategies and market expansion plans. Analyzing the market and competitors' activities. Identifying new business opportunities. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure successful project execution. Requirements: Experience in building client relationships and sourcing suppliers. Ability to actively acquire new clients. Market knowledge and the ability to create complex proposals. Strong command of sales techniques and proficiency in developing sales offers. Valid Category B driver's license (and willingness to travel). We offer: Employment contract (full‑time position).
