Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), you will:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support, shared experiences, and collective growth among clients.

• Provide individualized therapy tailored to the specific needs of each young adult, employing evidence-based approaches to help them explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, addressing their unique goals and preferences.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly using a variety of metrics, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care, discussing complex cases and coordinating interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. Whether they face anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or other emotional struggles, your role will be to guide them through evidence-based therapeutic interventions that spark hope and foster healing. In our outpatient treatment center, you will be directly involved in their recovery process, helping them develop coping strategies crucial for their well-being.

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
