This position will be responsible for 4 locations, with 2 in Brandon, 1 in Tampa, and 1 in Sarasota.

Compensation:$80,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our brand's vision and drive revenue growth.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experiences and elevate our service offerings.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and outcomes.
Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging team members to grow and excel in their roles.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with brand vision and drive revenue growth.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
