Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting detailed health assessments and screenings for patients of all ages, ensuring thorough evaluations that address both acute and chronic conditions.
• Diagnosing medical conditions and managing treatment plans, integrating preventive care into patient interactions.
• Collaborating with local community organizations and healthcare partners to create and implement health education initiatives aimed at addressing public health challenges.
• Providing culturally sensitive care that respects the diverse backgrounds of patients, advocating for their rights and ensuring accessibility of healthcare services.
• Coordinating referrals to specialists and follow-up care to uphold the continuity of care narrative for each patient.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current certification as a Nurse Practitioner with an active state nursing license in New York.
• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 220,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes:
