Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns, leading to the formulation of effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote clients’ wellness.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer virtual meetings or face challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to meet regulatory standards and reflect our commitment to quality care.

• Engage in opportunities for professional growth, participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients experiencing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
