Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, identifying problems and areas of concern.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client’s specific needs, employing various therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor, you will work closely with patients from various backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence and sensitivity in every interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience and expertise in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
