Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing established clinical protocols and evidence-based practices.

• Design and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available services, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain cultural sensitivity will be essential in building rapport and trust with clients. You will also have the opportunity to engage with senior populations, providing tailored support for their unique mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the relevant state.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
