Executive Assistant - Golf

Description The Executive Assistant – Golf will serve as a trusted partner to the President of TGL & WTGL, providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is responsible for managing complex scheduling, coordinating executive communications, and ensuring seamless execution across key business priorities. Primarily supporting the President, this individual will also provide limited support to select executives, focused specifically on travel and expense coordination. Acting as a central point of coordination across internal leadership and external partners, this role enables efficient decision‑making, strong stakeholder alignment, and effective day‑to‑day operations across both leagues. Responsibilities Manage a highly complex, evolving calendar while prioritizing meetings and commitments with strong judgment Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, briefing materials, and follow‑ups Plan and execute detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for league events and key engagements Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication on behalf of the President Track and support key initiatives, ensuring follow‑through on action items, deadlines, and cross‑functional deliverables Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and materials for leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic sessions Support coordination of league events, partner meetings, and executive‑level engagements across TGL & WTGL Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive operational efficiency Provide travel and expense support to additional executives, representing approximately 20% of overall responsibilities Support ad hoc projects and priorities as needed Requirements 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (President, SVP, or C‑level preferred) Experience operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced, high‑growth environments Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Proven ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and problem‑solve proactively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools Preferred Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or a similarly dynamic industry Experience supporting executives in event‑heavy or externally‑facing roles Comfortable working across multiple business lines and evolving priorities You’ll be successful if You anticipate needs before they arise and operate with a high level of ownership and accountability You thrive in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment and can prioritize effectively under pressure You build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization You operate with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times You are resourceful, proactive, and solutions‑oriented Benefits Equity ownership opportunities to allow employees to share in the company’s growth Unlimited discretionary time off along with 15 paid holidays per year (including the week of Independence Day) Comprehensive health insurance options, including a 100% contribution Employee coverage option Additional employee and family insurance coverage options with company contribution, including dental and vision FSA, HSA and DCHSA opportunities including contribution matches Retirement options including traditional 401(k) and Roth IRA plans Benefits are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
