Our office hours run Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to accommodate diverse patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' specific needs and work collaboratively to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address the unique cultural, social, and personal factors influencing each client's mental health.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, incorporating techniques that promote resilience and well-being while empowering patients to navigate their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive approach to each patient's care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, utilizing strong assessment and intervention skills to stabilize clients as needed.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, fostering engaged participation in their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of New York as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and the importance of cultural competence in providing effective therapy.

• Experience offering individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive and inclusive techniques to ensure all voices are heard and valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
