Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients, identifying their strengths, challenges, and overall psychosocial needs, while ensuring accurate documentation is maintained.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients, fostering an environment of trust and support.

• Develop individualized psychological interventions aimed at helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals, while conducting regular follow-ups to assess progress.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, assisting clients with effective strategies for managing life’s challenges.

• Offer vocational coaching and experiential counseling, equipping clients with tools and resources for successful career development and personal growth.

• Collaborate with community resources and referral sources to coordinate comprehensive services, creating a network of support for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and necessary documentation, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support during critical moments.

• Deliver over-the-phone consultation for clients and their families, ensuring they feel supported even outside traditional counseling hours.

• Maintain a valid California state licensure as an LCSW in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Actively participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback regarding client presentations and therapeutic progress to enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
